I turned one long-form founder interview into a campaign structure the brand could keep building from.
I pulled out the moments that could carry direct-to-consumer angles and shaped them into a six-act system:
From there, I built a six-act system:
Challenge
Search for Solution
Brand Intervention
Product Benefit
Lifestyle Shift
CTA
The same ads built on that founder system are still being launched today, extending one interview into a creative foundation the brand can keep building on.
The Line That Kept Showing up
While briefing, I recognized the same phrase showing up across founder content, co-founder footage, and creator UGC,
“Stop adding sugar and cream to your coffee.”
That was the signal. The hook was already sitting in the source material, so I pulled it forward. I turned the line into a paid social hook and extended it across UGC, founder-led videos, statics, GIFs, educational ads, and retail assets.
The line became a paid social angle with enough signal to keep earning budget, iterations, and new asset formats.
